Veronica Lees, the daughter of renowned Australian tenor Ron Lees, has been singing professionally for over 35 years and is a sought after MC (Master of Ceremonies) & ME (Master of Events), Authorised Marriage Celebrant and the well known voice of online podcasts and interviews. Veronica has enjoyed singing both internationally and nationally with many of Australia’s leading musicians and entertainers, and has worked extensively throughout Australia, Asia, Europe and America. Veronica was the original founder of popular Melbourne band Something To Talk about, and continues to be committed and passionate about connecting with her audience and leaving them feeling good.
Rob began playing piano and keyboards in his first professional band at 8 years of age. Rob’s career spans more than 33 years, working with many of Australia’s local artists such as: Antony Callea, Vanessa Amorossi, Gary Pinto and Andrew De Silva as well as international touring artists, the likes of: Cindi Lauper and Elvis To The Max. Rob is a respected & experienced keyboard player and musical director who also brings vocal harmonies to the line up.
Rob was one of the founding members of the popular band Something To Talk About and remains passionate about entertaining audiences, with his love of all musical styles including RnB, Latin, Rock and Roll, Classic Rock, 60’s, 70’s, 80’s & today’s hits.
Rob works regularly with the unmistakable voices of Rocky Loprevite and Jerson Trinidad.

The Band on Demand – expanding to a 4, 5, 6, 7 or 8 piece consisting of percussion, saxophone and full brass section, will keep your guest entertained and the dance floor packed. The Band on Demand is professional, current and perfect for any size vision, venue, or budget. Size doesn’t matter! Veronica, Rob and the Band on Demand will give your guests and clients every reason to party, and every opportunity to connect and have fun. The Band’s repertoire represents many different genres and styles and has something for everyone. We guarantee your party goers, guest, friends and clients will be crowding the dance floor and not the tables during your event. We are always live, don’t rely on backing tracks and perform song after song after song without stopping!
